Tupper woman who actually got away with killing! Corruption

It all happened during Thanksgiving Day, 47 year old James Young who resided at The Plaza Hotel went down to the local Stewarts Convenience Shop to buy a friend a pack of ciggarettes. Mr. Young forgot the ciggarettes on the counter inside Stewarts so he got off the bicycle he borrowed to go back inside the store to get the ciggarettes he had forgoten. He was on his bicycle and getting ready to leave when Mrs. Pickering pulled in and somehow pinned him against the building killing him. The Tupper Lake Police along with the State Police came to the conclusion that Mrs. Pickering got out of her vehicle with it still in gear so she went to step on the brake and hit the gas pedal instead causing the vehicle to accel up over the curb and crash into the wall killing this pedestrian. I understand accidents happen but this woman was not even given a ticket. This was vehicular manslaughter anyway you look at it. The thing is that Mrs. Pickerings father-in-law is the Infamous Leroy Pickering, a bigshot with money and the name to influence outcomes such as what occured. Mr. Leroy Pickering owns a car dealership, Big Tupper Ski Area, and probably lots of other buildings in Tupper Lake. Look at the facts, Mr. Young had no family and little friends against the Pickering name. This is such bullshit, it isn't even funny. I am looking forward to some press publicity to come and take a look at all of this corruption that happens in this small area of the Adirondack Mountains.
