Promised $1000 shopping spree and magazines, received NOTHING except bank charges

I received a call from someone named Rashonda, ID #3260, right before Christmas saying I won a $1000 shopping spree to Walmart for filling out a survey awhile ago. She was pleasant to talk to on the phone. She saidI would also be receiving 3 free magazines in the mail for a $8.93 processing fee, and if I cancelled the subscription within 21 days of reviewing them, I had no further obligation to this company. I did not ever receive any magazines! I received a letter 2 weeks later. I tried calling the company, but just got an answering machine. No magazines ever arrived! 2 1/2 weeks later, my account was charged $98.47. I tried calling the company, still no return call and no magazines. I hope no one else falls for this scam again!
