On November 18, we scheduled an appointment with Waldorf Toyota to take our 2008 4-Runner in for its 30,000 mile maintenance. According to our customer receipt, they changed the oil, rotated the tires and checked the car over. My husband was told the car was ready.
Before he could get the car home — and we live right in Waldorf — the left front tire went flying off the car while he was going down the road.
