I repeatedly asked Jon to do a couple more things on my site. I am not unable to get into my email for one which makes the website not useable for me to respond to potential clients and to advertise my business. I was pleased with Jon's work on the website but once I paid him the $300, he does not respond to requests from me to maintain the website. I paid for one month of maintenance for a fee of $30 and then he stopped sending the monthly invoice to me. I feel I've been cheated now since he agreed to do periodic updates on the site. I would appreciate If your agency can assist me in getting the rest of the work done on the website, thank you in advance for your assistance in this matter.
