Ripoff at least 5 different Credit Card billings

At least 5 different credit card billings and I didn't even know what MWI*CONNECTIONS was. Each time that I call the phone number listed on the credit card, they say my account has been closed and then in a month or so it appears again. $12.95 each time and the phone# 1-800-750-4364 CT They had to get my card # somewhere and the only place that is authorized to cache and enscript is AOL. Of course, I have to presume they wouldn't be
able to get it there. The Web address listed in other complaints is usually changed in almost everyone. What can all of these people and myself do?
