Elite maintenance owes me a lot of money. They got paid for a trashout and what they did was disgusting. Elite maintenance would ride around in a yellow rider truck and dump extra trash at the trash out to make more money. They wanted $3,000.00 trashout every time. Then when they took the photos, they would move the trash out of the way and replace the trash in the yellow rider truck. Elite owes me a lot of money - $30,000.00 to be exact. They were getting paid from their clients and only paid me a money order of 725.00. This company is a scam. Stay away far away. They are robbing the banks and don't pay.
