Timeshare ripoff

We signed a contract with this company in March exactly the same as the other individual on ripoff did. The same deal went down. We are located in FL and they contracted with Elite Transfers to transfer our timeshare. Our paperwork was also sent back in August due to Timesharescape not paying the transfer company. We also went back to the bank to try and get our money back. No deal there as it was well over 60 days. We are out $2,200. But I want to see these people in jail as they are still in business and still ripping people off. We have spoken to a Linda Zetner who said she is one of the owners and that she would pay the maintenace and taxes. They are now overdue.By the way all of you who are out there, her cell number is 818 266 4123. What these people are doing is down right criminal, and they should be brought to justice. Anyone else out there who is interested in helping us figure out a way to do this give us a call. Our number is 772 581 7417. I am really upset that people like this get away with what they do. Still in business and still not finished ripping people off. We can go to court in CA. Call me, but call Linda first, 818 266 4123. This is a perfect crime go state to state and take peoples money and have a home base in CA. They need to be stopped. I have already written to our governor as well as the governor of CA.
