I have been duped into believing the court system could be fair in accessing the needs of a child. A paycheck monthly to the child that doesn't really see the money is just plain silly. My current family had been evicted due to not having the necessity needs of a proper income due to the garnishments made from the courts to one child. The courts utilize a software package called "Dissomaster" which calculates support. Which in fact was engineered by a man-hating woman.

Kerry Jane Stallbaumer has scammed the child support rules and has been aided in her crime by her father and mother Lou and Valerie Stallbaumer also located under the same roof. Reports have been filed for falsifying tax documents for non-reporting of income. Kerry States to Child Support pays $600mo. For rent to parents and parents don't claim money's on income tax since 1996. TAX FRAUD!!! I love my son Kris but the pay for play rules child support doesn't appeal to me and the relationship I'm to have with my son. Which is just the frosting on the cake! I haven't been allowed to see Kris for over 3 years now, last time I saw him was three years last Xmas.

The appointed commissioner has been giving me the runaround on visitation issues but nothing has changed. I guess the only relationship I will have with my son is after he turns 18 and is away from the "Brainwashers" of the Stallbaumers. I'm sorry if this is giberish but I don't have time to write complete accounts of facts but I suggest to all BEWARE of some women and their plans to join the Child Support Lottery... They will win... The wrote the rules so that they can always win.
