Unauthorized transaction of $25.00 from checking account on 1/3 and have not refund me my money as 1/12 and talk to on 3rd and they said it will be back into my on Mon 10th

This company is a ripoff I never heard of them until I like into my account and saw they had taken money out. The same I called them and I spoke to some woman who stated to me that my money will be back in my account January 10 and its stillnot there. So I decided to them today 1 800 587 0332 and there voicemail is full and saying to call back
