Back in May I hired Mike Constantino to build me a Vending Cart. Gave him $2500.00. I gave him $2000.00 Check and anount $500.00 in cash. I have attempted to contact by mail and phone still todate I have received nothing. He claimed my Vending Cart would be ready after he received the $2500.00. He has changed his phone number. I am attempting to locate him I want my money back!!!
