I called Empire on a Thursday, met with Paul Pyrcz for an inhome estimate on Friday, and scheduled carpet installation for Saturday. As a Mother's Day surprise for my sister, my family decided at the last minute to replace her living room carpet. With two young children, she really needed new flooring. Paul didn't mind hanging out with the family labrador retreiver while I conferred with my sister on costs. He really came through with a low cost option. I plan to contact Paul in the next year to order carpet for my own house. Thanks Paul and Empire!
