This piece of garbage is trying to push global legislation wherein every man, woman, and child on Planet Earth would have to pay a "tax" on CO2 emissions, ie, breathing.

This global legislation will usher in a New World Order of global governance, and would abolish the United States and all international borders, all under the control of the Rothschild Family.
