ANC Ripped me off $11.89 in December

On December 14, I wrote a check to the Award Notification Commission for $11.89. I later got another mailing and they wanted $17.89 and called it a Premium Offer Payment to win $66,667.00/Year for 30 years or 1,186, 000.00 in a Lump-Sum payment. I thought to myself, they want more money! It just didn't make sense to me and I investigated them by going on the internet. I found out others had been scammed by them! They need to be caught! I will not be sending ANC more money and I am sorry I sent them a check for $11.89. They made it seem so real. ANC really stinks like smelly fish!
