Outrageous unprofessional BRITISH AIRWAYS service

Dear sir, I had very bad experience flying through British Airlines right from Atlanta to India and back to India to US. Right from the time we got into flight, I was surprised to see the unprofessional treatment with the staff on flight # BA0266for being prejudice. They treatment other than British nationality was unbearable. I was treated like a piece of crap although Iam naturalized US citizen. They never smile nor speak cordially. During the ticket booking, they gave us option for food choice between vegeterain or non-vegetarian. But when actual food is supplied, they never followed who ordered what but deliverd randomly whatever it comes to customer. This caused for so many travellers along with me for not getting the previously ordered food. My question is, why they make all the crappy process for show off as if they provide food at customers choice.

The air crew did not have common sense to inform passendgers that flight from Rajiv Internationsl to London (# BA276) delayed for arrival as a result we had to run to catch connecting fligh to Atlanta. When we went through security check and reached the gate the flight already left. The British Airways staff did not have sense to announce our names atleast which is a usual process. Next thing they did was gave us another flight (# BA189) to Newark. When we ariived at airport, we found only 2 baggages out of 8 wihich is 5 suitcases and 1 stoller missing. We waiting for 3 hours to see baggage officer Mrs Zellia (do not remember exactly) and she took lost luggage numbers for claims. The stupidiest thing she did was she did not mention reference number (5 digits) which is mandatory to check the status. Now we are struck in middle of water. I dont understand we were only one who lost the luggage and she was negligent to define reference number along with EWRBA. She just left a piece of paper with tollfree number. When I called this number, the system is asking complete 10 digits number which is roadblock to find my missing luggage status. Is there any way you can help to resolve this issue. I have very valuable things in those missing luggages. My details: Shanthi Nuguru. Missing luggages numbers as follows: BA183519, BA183384, BA183392, BA183385, BA183382, BA183378I already spoke with customer service (Girish Rawal) but she is helpless due to unavailable of 10 digit reference number.

Iam reporting this issue and also sametime I have to take action legally along with filing report to BBB of US for this mentally and financially suffering issues and unprofessional service from British Airways. God help any passenger travelling through British Airways. I have decided never ever to travel with this awful airlines and also I would start blogs to spread the word to avoid travelling by British Airways by all means spening very good amount of ticket fare.
