Uglue Uglu donot work

I purchased UGlu from the Pubishing Clearing House, on the internet and I hung a beautiful light weight picture, and I mean light weight. I put the UGlu on the back of the picture and three days later, I heard something hit the floor and my picture was broken, the glass and the frame broke when it hit the floor. So the UGlu doesn't work and after a few days it comes a loose. I am very disappointed and upset that my picture is broken.
