I have been getting phone calls from payday loan protection for 1 1/2 months from this so called "officer John Smith" He claimed I owed for a loan I took out, which i never did. Threatened me over and over and over. He calls from -760-111-1000, shich does not recieve incoming calls, but then leaves a message to call him back at 419-665-6853. I looked at my account the asshole took $30 out of my account which also caused an overdraft, I have seen several of these on this rip off report. I don't understand why he hasn't been caught yet. He know my S.S. #, birthdate, address, routing number, and checking account number. It is definately an inside job from someone at Chase bank. Help me find this guy, any information would be great.
