Ordered by shoes online expecting for christmas, received an email advising me the order will take 5-7 working days, funds were deducted from my account on 14th Dec by Na Keyi Shoes & Ga - it is now 9th Jan I have no shoes, no refund, no replies to my email and the fake tracking number doesn't work on the website given
I've never been so angry I do alot of shopping online and could not believe this company had approved Visa, Mastercard etc safe guards on there website: This is the first time i've been scammed online.
