Unauthorized charges/poor service

I terminated my bill with DS Seas last April due to bad support and was billed a termination fee, was billed $112.96 on my charge card Nov 26 for that termination fee. I set up a scheduled appointment in order for them to choose up the 4 clear containers that they never get. On December 27 they charged my charge card with another $ 70.19! I named their hotline 1800-4WATERS numerous occasions to deal with this unauthorized costs and put up visits to get the clear containers. As much as this current day emty containers hasn't been get and also the unauthorized costs in my own charge card not been return.
