Digital requirement upgrade - Digital Television conversion boxes

The FCC needs to keep the nose out of the publics business when it isn't detremental to the public. Causing cable companies to require digital upgrade does not enhance the public's viewing.in fact it costs the public's viewing audience money because they now need to either buy a television that has a digital tuner or pay a monthly fee to the cable company to receive the same service that they were already receiving. I have 4 V's that now no longer will work unless I spit out cash. The FCC aka THE GOVERNMENT needs to stay out of the public's business and get on with the important things in this country.
