Italsteam iron Fraud, Junk, Cannot be reached!

This obviously was a scam over Xmas operating out of kiosks. I bought my iron at a shopping center for the sizeable amount of $69.99. That included a three year guarantee. Yah. The iron is absolutely of no use to anyone. You have to constantly fill with water and then it spits out brown water. What a mess. I would not want to put it anywhere near whites.

I have e-mailed the company twice asking for a refund and they have not even bothered to answer. Doesn't surprise me. The guy doing the demonstration at the shopping centre was very good but upon reflection I realized he only used a black fabric and probably one condusive to steam. I feel, like everybody else, that I have been ripped off. I don't understand how companies can operate like this and do not have to compensate the consumer. I would like to see action taken.
