Peter Thomas This man is working a scam on vulnerable parents who have had their children kidnapped

The scam is to offer parents with abducted children, usually international cases, that he will help them with all their expenses - lawyers, private investigators, flights and accommodation - everything will be paid for.

He keeps left behind parents on the line for several weeks with promises that the money is coming; but there will be constant delays due to the need to set a non-profit corporation up, or the books in the warehouse have been destroyed in a fire and he's waiting on the insurance money or he's got an important family emergency (usually someone is dying).

The left behind parent will never see any money or practical help and may even be duped into committing to expenses on the basis Peter Senese will reimburse them. When finally confronted he will simply disappear.
