Charged on my bk acct without authorization

I was looking at payday and other loans as montel advertised on tv, i tried a couple then erased my information after i read the fine print, didn't finish applying. When i checked my bk statement they had sent a charge to my bk, i have no idea whoor what they are, i did not apply for anything concerning them, my bk statement was the first i knew of them, my bk sent their ck back but charged my account for 23.00
