I purchased a wood pellet stove for my house and this was all new to me in installing it mysself and I have to say that the people who work at HEARTHSIDE are REALLY GREAT, I wanted to play it safe since my house is old and the HEARTHSIDE people wrer always helpfull, and upbeat, weather it was on the phone or online with ANY question that I had. Especially with sizes and fit up of the vent pipe that i needed. They really know there products. So if you are looking into any of the products that they have you can't go wrong with them.
