This is just horrible. First of all, the rep wouldnt leave us alone at first, now that we need her, we can't find her. My husband misplaced her business card. I have called crescent many times. Every time I am told the same thing... We are in Texas and don't have her information.
Long story short, we switched to go with them, it has been 13 days, 10,000 plus to be deposited, and NOTHING. Our landlord wants her rent now! I was promised by three different employees that it would only take 3 business days after they attached info to our account. It has been 8.
I called them up, and ten minutes later my husband called them up. I was told tomorrow. He was told Friday!!! Refused to let us talk to a Supervisor. And of course the number they left here for VP? DOES NOT GET ANSWERED! Why is this allowed on your site by this business? It is false hope that this website really tries to take care of things. They should get on Crescent for us! I don't know what to do???
