Scam - Employee Insurance License

I was told this was not a pyramid scheme and that they contacted me because I was referred to them by a friend. While in their office, I observed a guy on the phone making random calls as he flipped through what appeared to be a telephone book and leaving messages to them about how "a friend" referred them to the company. The rep told me I did not need to go to college because I would make more money down the line with their company! The guy said with justa few more people he would get his "promotion" and that he would only receive half of every earning I made... Hence making it a pyramid! After he got me to pay the application fee, he told me I would have my license within a month. He then set up his online service at my house for the training and said I would not be charged. Since he did that, I ahev been charged service fees on a credit card and miraculously, I can't get a hold of the rep to have my card credited so I had to call the company and cancel my card to get a new one. So far I am out about $130.00 with this company and they refuse to get back to me to let me know what is going on. Yet, I am an employee??? What company treats their employees this way? He said I would be making $400.00 or more per appt I made with clients... I found out, however, that MY clients would be HIS so his paycheck would go up. AGAIN, making this a pyramid scheme!!! I have supposedly been their for 2 months now without pay and without guidance to get the insurance license I was promised and when I tried to tell them I wnat out, they refused to get in touch with me.
