Continuity/Subscription Merchants Fraud withdrawal from credit card

SEM, Value plus membership services has been charging my credit card sinceApril 20. Due to a string of personal family illness, I just paid my bills and did not go over charges until now. $24.95 addes up fast when you don't have a job and illness prevents you from doing everyday tasks.

I am aware of such companies that attach themselves to a card, just as they attach themselves to phone bills.

The month prior I purchased a book from an infomercial, and was wondering if anyone else bought the "Free Money Book" the month before their fraud began? I am not accusing, just wondering if the two could be related.

I do not just give out my information to anyone.

I also found it strange that when you call the number on the bank statement, the recording automaticaly sends you to the www.programstop. Comwebsite. This is a sure fire sign of fraud.

You can bet I will be at my Credit Union tomorrow with all my information, and the ripoff website address in hand!
