I was advised by Tayor with operator #14 statin that there was nothing that was able to be done with this machine due to the fact that we are now in the extended warranty due to having to wait for months for the parts under the regular warranty and that there are NO supervisors, NO CEO line, NO nothing to be able to assist with our problems. I feel outraged to beleive that a business in which I pay to service my merchandise is able to run a business this way. As to that note, I will make sure from here on out I will NEVER purchase extended warranties that are backed by this COMPANY!!
