PODS is big on giving ETA - estimated time of arrival. I don't have a problem with that. What I DO have a problem with is when their truck breaks down, I have to miss work all day to wait for them and there is no phone call to let us know that their delivery is going to be hours late. And what does customer service say? (who was quite rude btw) "Sorry, but we don't give compensation for ETA, because its not guaranteed." How about going above and beyond and letting the customer know there has been a problem? Is that so hard? And when I asked the rep why I should use PODS again there was silence on the phone. That says it all doesn't it?
