Deletion of my ads & bumping ads to different categories

Ads were repeatedl;y bumped to wrong categories. Other similar ads to mine were left. All ads now deleted with no reason. Ads also deleted that are not even mine & not posted under me. Complaint tickets not answere. Myself, my son & my fiance all have separate ads under each of our own E mail adresses & now have deleted ALL of our ads as we share the same contact number. This "Shawn" fellow has quite a few complaints against hi that I read & have requested someone "higher up" to deal with my complaints & concerns & have gotten no reply from my complaints tickets. I also paid for a "top ad" last month 7 did not see it posted nor was I told where it was.
