Fulfilled Requirements but not compensation

I participated in a offer as directed on the website, paying money into a program that i thought would turn out to be a type of: try the service, rate the service, and receive a $1,000 gift card for participating in a survey program. After completing the requirements for the program i did not receive my gift card. I just hope the program that i paid money to try the service was not aware of the scam.

(I purposely did not include names of companies just in case their company wasn't aware of the scam I did not want to give a bad reputation through my comment)
