Cancellation of contract

Thinking about web business, was named to participate team to become trained in web business, closed a deal (online) to settle $169.49/mo for 24 mos to cover training. Determined throughout the meeting (after signing agreement) that I didnot wish to accomplish it, informed the interviewer I didnot wish to accomplish it. I used to be herewith rescheduling our agreement, he explained we did not have one which I "hadnot been approved however" & that no more motion could be obtained, but I actually donot think it. There's no tackle to email a termination notice to. I have sent the "data" handle distributed by automatic menue at he telephone number provided me. No FAX # was handed both. I wonder if e-mail termination is likely to be adequate.
