I entered into an agreement with "Tom" one of the shareholders of Pontoon Boats, Inc. It was for the purpose of purchasing his cabin shell. Tom and Pontoon Boats Inc., havea very simple philosophy, "we are rich through our rip-offs". Tom had been in litigation over this cabin shell. I agreed to pay $10,000 for the shell. Once Tom received $7,500 of money, he indicated that he had found another buyer and would not be returning my funds.

I conducted additional research on Pontoon Boats. The merchandise they sell is garbarge, overpriced, and unsafe. Any consumer that takes issue with it is threatened with litigation... This is how these scumbags do business. Avoid them at all costs!

We are pursuing them through the Minnesota Secretary of State and Dept. Of Consumer affairs. Please people... Do not do business with this company!
