Have ordered before - and the service was slow - but eventually received the items. This time - lots of promises - but no delivery. I e-mailed and phoned - no response. It was past 45 days - so no pay-pal coverage. Finally got through on the phone!!! Spoke with Gretchen - although it took a long time we eventually discovered that nothing had or was going to be shipped - and surprise! No refund yet either! Gretchen promised I would get it in four days. Hope she was sincere!
