Rude pharmacy counter employee nearly turned away friend

I know that at this time of year business's are stressed, but rudeness will not help get any business done any faster. I had a friend pick up a prescription for my strep throat as I did not want to subject anyone else to strep, the woman who was working the counter for the pharmacist was so rude my friend almost walked out without picking up my prescription. Her employers could send her for a class to learn to treat the public in a professional manner that could help their business, as it is I will not do business with Walmart if this is how they are going to treat the public.
