Grading of this outlet - Service level

Mc Donald's in Green Piont, Cape Town. S. A, is my concern. On several times going their i find that they never cleaned up their act. My Previous visit I was handed a dish cloth to wipe down and tidy a table sothat my family could have a decent place to eat. On my visit there, 6th Dec 09, the que's were long. One waited 40mins to order even a ice-cream. Then the order is incorrect. The tables were heaped with cartons and used wrappers. The floor was filthy even behind the service area, Mc flurry and packet were strewn on the floor behind that counter. The Cornetto's that i ordered were served uin the Mc Flurry holders instead of the transparent cups. The bins were over flowing and clients had no other alternate as to leave their dirt on the tables, creating less clean place for other patrons to have their meals. My concern is that this outlet is nest to the Greenpiont staduim which will host the opening of the 2010 World FiFa event. With such ratings this would be a disaster and an embaresment to one of the Host Supporters -Mc Donald's.
