Horrible service, bad food, and bad manager attitude

I love dq bacon cheeseburgers, i get them whenever they are on special but this time i went to the dq oh lancaster and my first problem was that i was waiting at the drive through window for well over 10 min with no one else in the drive through and barely anyone inside. Usually this wouldnt have been a problem but when i got home, around 2 miles away and opened my cheeseburgers the first was extremely soggie and the bacon was very questionable. The second was a char coal patty and the bacon was all fat. When i called the manager she said that i shouldnt order it again and was really snudy to me when i tried to complain. I have never had such bad service at a restaurant and will never go back there again. I am going to advise everyone i know to do the same.
