Big Time Savings
Charged $24.95 to my checking acct. I don't even know what they are. I've been calling them all month. NO ANSWER and no response

I checked my bank account online last month (November) and there is a charge of $24.95 at like 4:38AM on November 11. I have no clue what this is for!
So, I call the number that showed up on my account and low and behold they were helping other customers. After sitting on hold for about 7 minutes I was rerouted to a voice mail service.
I leave my name and number and why I am calling and I never receive a return call. I now have been calling these people for a month with the same results. No matter what time or day I call I never get a live person or a return call.
I am getting extremely angry and I don't know what to do about this. I know its only $24.95, but that is my money and in these economic times... I want my money!
