Online Fraud

I ordered two ps3's. The money had to be wired. I got a confirmation. I was sent a tracking number. When the package didn't arrive as promised, I tried to track it. MSRC contacted UPS and got a real tracking number, but never brought in the package to be mailed. They do not respond to emails, except when you want information to buy, the phone number is out of service. Can't we do something to stop them. I filed a fraud report. I hope it does some good.
