Lied about contest winnings

I was contacted on the monring of Nov. 11th by semeone Sayin that Ihad wn a $1,000.00 shopping gift certificat card from filling out a survey the day before. I was asked to verify my mailing address, emil address and told that I would recieve the card wih in 7 to 10 working mail by FedEx. Today is D2, and I still have not recieved te card. I have tried to with the card arious tims, but I am always cut off because I can't affordhe other prizes or don';t want to reieve the services. To me, this is a rip off. My elderly rommate really looked forward to that card so we can bu grocies for ourselves thoughout the winter an feed our cat as well. How can you pull pranks likt that? Don't you realize how cruel that is to people who live below the poperty level and just need a hand up lie tht every now and the?
