I was at the Publix located at State rd 52 and Little road. I stopped to shop and pick up a sub. I was the only one at the sandwich line. An employee said I will be with you in a minute. She continued to work on removing and boxing chicken and completely ignored me after about 5 minutes I gave up and went to shop for other items At the time there were two other employees at the deli cuonter and three customers. I came back later and I was the only customer (I really wanted that sub) The same three employees behind the counter were working on chores. I stood and the same employee said she will be with me in a sceond. She continued to ignore me and do hers chores. I left.

I think they need to understand the concept of customer service. They exist because we the customer do. I will still shop at Publix but will never buy a sub again, not much of a loss but the only way I can vote. If I get the same treatment at the deli counter - Hello Sweet Bay.
