I had a question for a company that I have been doing business for almost 20 years. The first call I was directed to a call center in the Argentina and the second call to the Philippines. Why are you taking American dollars and outsourcing to another country. None of your correspondence indicates foreign address - what's more you have an address than is:
1 First American Way... How ironic.
