Charged $39.99 for services that I did not want

I was online looking for a loan. I tried different places and filled out information. Most I did not like because either they were discounts on shopping or I did not like the terms. Suddenly, I found a $39.99 charge on the checking account. I call the company to find out what the charge was for and they said that it was a discount card for shopping. I told them that I did not want it and that I wanted my money back. They told me I could not get it back.

These websites are set up so that it is very hard to exit the website without pushing the wrong button. I do not know how I got the charge, but I want it removed.
