Problem with wash machine

I bought a wash machine from the whirlpool company. Since the first day i used it it tore the clothing i put in. I called the company like i had a guarantee. They sent a technician to come see the propblem but he couldnt find the problem. I called many times and they sent people who came to check the machine. After seeing the torn clothing they all agreed that it tears the clothing but couldnt find the problem. The whirlpool campany didnt want to do anything to accomodate. I still have the machine and cant do anything with it!
