I've been a Sprint customer for over twelve years. Most of the products they use are just fine. Last Christmas I purchased two Palm Pre s and two Blackberrys. No problems with the Blackberries. The Palm Pres are terrible. My wifes shuts off for no reason, and she thinks its just fragile. My kid had one go out, a part on the side broke and moisture got in. No help, our fault. Bought a new Palm Pre from a person that recently cancelled Sprint and got a new phone with his insurance just before cancellation. Paid him $120 bucks - the phone was brand new - worked for two days and Sprint won't give me another one; says to work it out with the guy through their other store, where he bought it (12 miles away) - seems Palm would just fix the phone or give me a new one, rather than make me push to cancell Sprint - Sprint is sending me a Blackberry for use until an upgrade date occurs in December. Why all the hassle to simply fix your hardware - why put so many refurbished phones out there, that don't work well, or work at all? Seems Palm would read the negativity on the internet and wake-up. We hate you and your fragile piece of plastic junk. Make it right please. Ken Wilpitz, Norman, OK
