Maple Valley, WA - Schwab CROOKS!

They told my wife that struts needed to be replaced at a cost of $1,500 - I took truck different shop they told us nothing was wrong with struts (no charge) and have had no problems with vehicle. Next - I Purchased snow tire chains due to ice storm ($100), one broke the next day and they refused to replace because I told them I was traveling at 38 mph and the chains are rated for 35 mph and that they were to be used for emergencies only and that I should take them on and off between ice packs! They are shady franchised crooks - stick with small buisiness they look out for their customers. I should have known better after the strut incident! The part that makes no sense is that they lost a customer over replacing one chain - again franchise not looking out for the customer...
