This company is located in China and offers amazing prices on Coach handbags. The one I ordered came folded in 2 places, and was packed in a lightweight box that not only was smaller than the bag but was not strong enough to withstand the long trip from China. I have emailed them twice today as directed on their website requesting the return address and to be contacted as I feel I should not be charged a 15% restocking fee since their negligence resulted in the damaging of this bag. Don't order from this company as I can almost guarantee you will experience the same thing and not the: "What you see on our website are what you get in 7 days" promise.
