Ripoff! They sent a product I did not order. Cincinnati

I ordered the free sample... If you want to call it that. Told the girl on the phone I did not want anymore until I tried it. She said Ok but NEVER told me I WAS ON A MONTHLY SHIPMENT PLAN. They will now not let me return the product or credit my account. I contacted the Attorney Genrals office and they are helping me out. I also contacted my bank to not authorize anymore transaction from his shoddy company. Hope they go under fast. Sandy in Rhode Island
