This copy machine is the very worst I've ever used. We bought for our very small office and it's limited copying needs. Even so, it has been terrible choice. It is extremely slow. And, after putting in a new ink cartridge, we often can't get the copier to reset. So over and over, we have to do a complicated process of align, cancel, etc. To finally, hopefully, get it to copy. Really, just a piece or junk.
