Scam fraud without you knowing until you get an email

Well i was looking for a loan on the internet. Went to look at my email for responses and then this spam said i authorized this company to take 99.95 out of my bank. Im so mad i dont know what to do these people need to be stop. They have no right doing this. I have no money to be jus throwing away im a single mother unemployed also. I wish someone could stop these people. The web site they have has two different addresses and no phone number. I didnt authorrize this looks like i will have to close my bank account. People have no morals.
