Ripoff it should be easy to trace the transaction and actually get the account holder charged for fraudulent activity

I am just wondering how to right the wrong that i did but signing up for their offer. I have a copy of the check and my bank has a record. It should be easy to trace the transaction and actually get the account holder charged for fraudulent activity. Can someone help me?
